BMCNE would like to invite you and your members to our clubs drive-in movie night this Friday at our regular cruise night location, The Gazebo on Institute lane in North Scituate, Rhode Island.
There will be a pot luck snack table for people to bring and share snacks. There is plenty of room in the parking lot and there will be space for chairs and blankets. We had one Movie night earlier this year and it was a fun event. The movie will start at sunset so it shouldn’t interfere with the Friday McDonalds Cruise in Cumberland.
The we will be showing a classic car movie this Friday, August 29th.
Located in the center of North Scituate, the Gazebo is BMCNE's regular Friday Night meeting place. The Gazebo is located on RI-116 in front of the North Scituate Elementary School on Institute Lane.
Starts at Sunset Around 7:30
We have a large Italian Festival on September 6 & 7, 2014 on Warren and Porter Streets in East Cambridge.
We would like to invite some of your car club members to join us for the festival. We have 10 - 12 spots available for your cars, and we would love to have them be a part of the festivities. I know it is a relatively small amount of space from what you are used to, but we hope that there are some individuals who would like to bring their cars to a different type of event. We will have a section of the festival dedicated to the cars and it is located very close to our stage.
We will have Hank Morse from 105.7FM WROR as our emcee during the event and he will acknowledge your club throughout the event and encourage our attendees to visit the cars. We can also do a "Best In Feast Car" contest with voting by our visitors and a presentation of an award recognizing the winner. We will also publicize your club's participation on our website, facebook, twitter and mentions on the radio by Hank Morse throughout the week. As you can see, we know your club would add so much to our festival.

This is the 10th year for this event conceived originally on the model of the “Santa” runs typically undertaken by Motorcycle Clubs and Marines Toys For Tots… but we tried to focus on a worthy local charity. This year we are raising funds for the “Independence House Program” on Cape Cod which serves at risk women and their families.
Your entry fee for the cruise is a gift card that might be helpful to a family with children at the Holidays…. Stop and Shop and Target are just a few suggestions. The gift cards will be delivered to the charity in time for the Holiday Season.
There will be a silent auction after the cruise so please bring an auction item and call Rick with the details.
Specific Details of the Cruise will be worked out closer to the event.
